Depression is being lonely in a room full of people
Depression is being constantly tired but never able to sleep
Depression is longing to be with others yet not being able to cope with company
Depression makes you lose your appetite and eat yourself fat
Depression is smiling to hide the pain inside
Depression is when the soul dies but the body keeps on living
Depression is forgetting who you used to be
Depression is not knowing if you could survive without it
Depression is being sad when nothing is wrong
Depression is not caring whether you live or die
Depression is having no interest in the things you used to love
Depression is lying awake for hours in bed at night contemplating the best way to kill yourself only to realise that you can’t be bothered.

Aggressive but shy
feared but loved
a lone wolf wanders
why does he wander we’ll never
know but as we watch him his sad eyes say
that it might have been his fault
for it to happen this way
deceived and tricked
to leave his pack
another comes and destroys what he has
his family and friends his home and pride
it was his fault they said
he was the one who left them to die
no no it is not so
for he had been tricked and deceived
deceived and tricked he had been
if he had known would he have going
to come back empty handed

the traitor who lives
will not live long
for the one that he robed will
fined him alone and tell him why he must die
to revenge his family his friends his pried
once again he is accepted into a pack
he will never leave them
and they won’t ever trick or deceive him
into leaving the ones he loves
to find that he has nothing
